We ask you to allow 7 to 11 business days for us to process and review your order once submitted. SupaNaturals© ships orders by USPS. Shipping times are usually 2 to 7 business days after processing but can vary due to recipient location. This means you can receive your order anywhere between 9-18 business days after your purchase. Please keep in mind that these timelines are estimates and do not account for holidays, inclement weather, back orders, or general postal service performance. Payment receipt and tracking information are sent to you via email after we complete your order.

Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping information provided is secure and accurate. Orders over $200 may be sent with a signature required. If items are lost or stolen, a claim can be filed directly through USPS or whatever shipping carrier was used.
